- This is essentially a surfactant and a foaming agent. They're located in Great Britain, so it takes a few days for things to arrive, but my orders, including this one, are securely packaged and arrive in perfect condition. - This is concentrated, so it's best to dilute it, not only for the sake of economy but also because it actually works better that way. It washes well and rinses clean. It's a standard ingredient in all sorts of liquid washes.
