I purchased this as a used item from Amazon at reduced price, but it was described as being in very good condition. When you build this, there are two self tapping screws to fix the lower arms of the handle to the body, and two bolts for the upper section. I assume the mower had been returned as faulty as I found that one of the bolts had no thread so it was impossible to assemble the handle. Clearly Amazon hadn't bothered to check before reselling it! However Greenworks support quickly sent a replacement. Other than that it was like new. I also purchased the 2.0 Ah battery based on the claim that it is suitable for lawns up to 140-150 m2. It really isn't! Our lawn is 45 m2. I managed to do about a third of it before the battery ran out within 3 minutes! Tried that a couple of times and contacted support again. They were again very helpful and sent out a replacement battery quickly. The new one lasts 7 minutes, just enough to cut the whole lawn. The grass was quite long so it was taking off at least an inch. The battery might last longer if the grass is shorter. However, I decided to also get the 4.0 Ah battery. The "mulching" feature is a bit disappointing - it's just a plastic plug to block the port for the grass bag. The height adjustment mechanism is of questionable quality too. You need to flex the plastic handle to move it between positions - clearly a budget design which may not last. In fact I'd say the quality in general is questionable. Not sure how it won an award from Gardeners' World! I'm certainly glad I didn't pay £180-200 for this. If I had I'd be much more inclined to return it due to the outrageous battery claims.

I have a 10x6 metre lawn. The battery hasn’t run out yet. It’s lightweight and easy to empty the clippings. The cutting height adjustment is difficult. It doesn’t now evenly if the lawn is uneven. I would recommend it.

Der Rasenmäher entspricht nicht meinen Erwartungen. Die Räder der hinteren Achse sind viel zu klein. Dadurch ist ein Umdrehen am Hang fast unmöglich. Auch die Leistung des 24 V Akkus ist schwach.

Does the job, simple to use and even with it being battery powered it had enough umphf to easily mow my little garden. Hopefully it proves durable too.
