What a fun read Dreamology is
What a fun read Dreamology is! I started reading yesterday evening with every intention of just reading a few chapters before heading to bed. Next thing I knew I'd read half the book. A unique concept with an interesting set of characters kept me glued to the pages.Alice and Max have dreamt of each other since they were just kids. Through their dreams they've traveled the world and fallen desperately in love. But that's all it is, just dreams. Until Alice's first day at her new school when she arrives to class and real Alice comes face to face with real Max.I adored the dreamy aspect of this story. The dream sequences were so quirky and out there, it makes me wish I had a more active imagination. It's easy to see how Max and Alice fall for each other when they're in their dreams. They're able to forget about their daily problems and just live in the moment, two teenagers in love. But in real life, things are completely different. They don't actually know anything real about each other so we get to watch them learning about the other and falling in love all over again.I loved ALL the characters! Everyone's personalities really shined through, including the secondary characters, making up a pretty fun bunch. I enjoyed the sweet and innocent romance with the perfect amount of push and pull.I'm surprised this is a debut novel honestly. The plot is captivating, the imagery is vivid, the writing flows so beautifully and the pacing is just right. I felt like I was floating on a fluffy cloud. I'm already looking forward to reading this book again!Definitely recommend this to contemporary readers and all the dreamers out there.

Not at all what I was expecting
The concept was so inventive and cool but the follow through left a whole lot to be desired. Over 300 pages of a girl that only ever cares about herself. It grew tiresome in hurry having to read Alice turning what everyone might have been going through about herself. She always had it worst than the next guy.Two stars for the concept and the first few chapters which were good but I can't recommend this. It's too frustrating to read her believing her dreams trumped real people's emotions.

Dreamology
I ordered this book Saturday and got it that Sunday. And I just started reading it Yesterday and Today I'm on page 110 and have 112 more to go. Its an amazing book. I love books where the person is like talking to you. I read about the book threw Facebook they had chapter two on there and after reading it I knew it was a must have. Once you start its hard to put down. I'm very pleased with it and can't wait to finish it. I'm sure I'll be reading it more then once.

I was looking for a nice easy read and this book had decent reviews so I thought I would give it a try. The premise is interesting and different than the average love story however, I just didn't love it. I went through ups and downs with this book, certain points I thought it was imaginative and fun and then it would feel rushed. That would be my biggest complaint everything felt rushed and tied up with a bow.

This book is addicting! As someone who's generally fascinated with dreams, dream interpretations, and lucid dreaming, this book captivated me from the very beginning. I've always wondered what would happen if our literal dreams came true, or if the people we dream about also dream about us or the scenario. It's incredibly captivating, and this book paves the way for introspection.

It was amazing! I really enjoyed it!
If you're looking for something easy to read, and something fluffy, I'd recommend this book to you. When you first start the book you can tell that there is something about it that makes you want to know more. It's a pretty fast read, and there are plenty of cute moments that you will come across while the characters are trying to find out what's going on in their dreams. It's a book you'll love, I know I did. I loved the book, and I give it five stars because the plot is one that I haven't ever read before and it goes along smoothly. There are some moments that you get flustered because you're stuck wondering why the character did that, but that makes the book a hundred times better. I hope you get to pick it up, have a nice read!

I would have given it five stars if not for the author’s extra condensed writing style. There are big chunks of information left out. How did the characters get from point A to point B? You’ll have to figure it out. The story was difficult to follow while getting used to this style. It could have been richer in details, but it felt flat and incomplete.

"Dreamology" is such a fun and delightful read
"Dreamology" is such a fun and delightful read. It made me laugh and cry, and as a 31-year-old woman, I didn't think I could feel like I was in high school again, but this book did that for me (in the best way possible).I read it with pizza and wine, but this also feels like a fun beach read, or something to grab when you need to find a book that will be a page turner.

Review from 15 year old
This was an off and on read for me where sometimes I couldn’t put it down and other times I just wanted to get it over with.I think it was a little too rainbows and cupcakes for me.This book WAS about dreams but there also wasn’t enough reality to balance it out.{sort of spoiler here} Also the author tried to explain why Alice and Max dreamt of each other but the explanation didn’t really make sense. {sort of spoiler over}I loved the imagination however it was way too fluffy for me.

Didn't not reach my expectations
I bought this book because of all the hype surrounding it, plus it has a pretty cover. However the book definitely failed to fulfill the expectations I had from it.First, all the hype around it did play a role in getting my expectations high. A lot of bloggers and instagramers were posting pictures of their copis when the book was realised and if so many people were talking about it I expect the book to be real good.Second, the book had a lot of potential, or at least that's what I felt. The idea behind the book was very interesting and I was hoping for a the story to be as interesting. There were a lot of good characters too. But I felt like the book did not explore the idea to its best limits and the some characters could have been utilised more. Also sometimes it felt like there was a lot going on for me to focus on one thing. But at the end of the day this is just what I felt and maybe this is the perfect book for someone else.

Good for even non-romance readers
For me, this was the kind of book that you see and read the back and think "Huh...that's interesting" and put it back on the shelf. Romance is a difficult thing to write and even more difficult to stray from the common tropes. At first glance, Keating proposes an almost cliche love story where girl meets boy, they fall in love, but something gets in the way of them being together, they overcome it and then live happily ever after, but the more I read it, the more creative I found it. Exploring the fluidity and freedom of dreams, this story takes many turns and I was surprised by how smoothly the book flowed and never found myself cringing or shaking my head. It is a well paced adventure and Keating does not only make the "main couple" interesting. She makes even the minor characters quirky and memorable, having them all add something significant to the story. Not too long and not trying too hard, this book is a great and fun read for teens and adults.
