Exactly as described/photo. Quality branded product, 10 X7", yes about 8-12 minutes to charge/v slight noise ,approx 1.2kg,gives intense heat on your body/safe due to fleece cover, personal opinion does give pain relief, but would say does not stay warm for up to 6 hours as stated, available in Grey/Blue/pink, Excellent Instruction Leaflet Provided.

The best hot water bottle!
I bought this for pain relief after being fed up of boiling the kettle for a hot water bottle to keep it topped up. It takes no time to charge and it is a game changer for me. It stays warm for so long as in hours! It’s comfortable and durable I’ve taken it to bed when it’s cold too and it is so safe to use I haven’t stopped sending the link to my friends it’s so good!

Got my nan and sister one of thses. They are fab and they heat up really quickly.

Product doesn't last, customer service poor!
Was amazing for about a month, if anything a little too warm when first heated up. Now, no matter how long I leave it. It only gets Luke warm. On to of that, customer service is poor. I contacted them, they said give us some more details and we'll look into it immediately. I did this and have even chased them up. So far it's been a week and not heard anything!

easy to use , but faulty after 3 days.
stays warm for around 3 hours but heats up incredibly quickly. Much easier and secure to use than a traditional water bottle Update , only worked for 3 days and now will not charge , was great but cannot recommend based on durability.

Lovely and easy
Love this item,it's quick to charge,very easy and comfortable to use,my husband has also used it for bad back pain,it holds the heat for a long time, I would recommend this product.

Electric hot water bottle
Works very well though not as good as the one I bought at Lidl

Disappointing
Worked well for just over a week then started heating on one side only instead of top and bottom sides. The temperature is very good, just right, no burns, no over heating. Shame it stopped functioning as it was meant to.
