It's a decent hat for the price. Soft, fits true to size, doesn't feel cheap at all. Just a note mine did not come with a feather but those are inexpensive.

As others have noted, the hat was packed in a plastic bag. I was fortunate that it arrived undamaged. It was a bit larger than other hats, but that's easy to fix with the hat sizing material that's available. The hat itself appears well made, and looks and feels like quality. It is well proportioned, and it looks great too - I have received compliments from friends, family and strangers alike.
