After getting no response from desertcart, I contacted telephonically and came to know that it was a digital book. So i cancelled the order. But i have not still got those Rs. 498 back. I request you to please confirm what is the issue. Either u should not accept the order if the book is not available in hard copy or u should make immediate solutions. I used to order books and things only from desertcart but after this incident i found it troublesome! Hoping for a solution!!!
