Not your mother’s veggie peeler.
What a delight! This useful tool makes fast work of peeling everything from potatoes to carrots to pineapple - especially pineapple. The eye gougers on either side of the working head have different shapes, one being a half circle, the other more pointed. It knocks those pineapple eyes right off the fruit with little effort. It’s a hand-held mandolin that will create thin flat slices on one side and julienne sticks on the other. It is stainless steel, sturdy and easy to clean. It is a great tool at a great price. Would make a great gift for the cook in your life, especially if it’s you! I highly recommend it.
