nuLOOM Tammara Multicolor Ombre Braided Area Rug, Oval 5' x 8'

We've recently moved into a 100-year-old home, and want to keep that charm. This rug, while a little brighter in color than the one my grandma had, is an excellent addition to the room. It's beautiful; it stays flat; it's comfortable under our feet; the size is perfect; it is thick and very durable; and it doesn't slip all over the floor like our last rug. We are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend this rug to anyone who asks.

I had this in my cart for 2 months. I was afraid it would be too pink but I saw another reviewer say it was more red than pink so took the chance. It's perfect...more red than pink (looks more pink in the photos but the red is definitely dominate). Looks amazing at the foot of the bed in the guestroom. It's not a braided rug in the traditional sense. It's more of a loose twist and the material is (I'm sure) spun from plastic, but nice and soft. Seems like it will hold up well but I wouldn't put it in a high traffic area. Although at this price you could buy a new one once a year and not worry about the dirt or if it comes loose.

Rug is colorful & soft. Get compliments. But after about a year & a half there was a a funny smell in one spot, where glued on label was. It discolored wood floor under it & was hard to remove, shredded in tiny gummy bits. Nothing was spilled on top side & no smell elsewhere. I suggest peeling it off when you first get it.

This rug looks so good in my living room! The colors are so vibrant, and the rug is well-made. It stays put nicely. It arrived quickly when I ordered it. I think the price was very reasonable, too.

Let me just start off by saying that the rug itself is very pretty and the colors are very very nice. I love the size of it and it seems to be well made. With that said, I have to say that I do have one disappointment and that is that the rug smells very very strongly of chemicals. I bought this rug based on customer reviews and an answer to a question about it having chemicals or not stating that there were no smells to their rugs. This rug is for a baby's room and I have had it outside during the day for 3 days now. While the smell has decreased significantly it is not completely gone. It makes me wonder about toxicity. Based on that fact I would not order this rug again, especially not for a baby or child who I wanted to be able to play on the rug without concerns. Again, very disappointed.

So the delivery was very fast. I ordered it on Monday and got it today on Saturday. First of all I have to say, I was very nervous because of all these bad reviews, which are still valid but let me tell you… My delivery was fast, the carpet is 100% just like on the pictures, it does NOT smell, yes there are a few loose strings but honestly i expected that - I wanted that look anyways. It’s overall very cozy and cute. Thank you Amazon :)

I was looking for a nice homey looking braided rug for my mothers bedroom renovation and this one was perfect. It was $40-50 less than Wayfair and has a nice weight to it so I didn't have to put anything under it for slipage.
