Let these small Vit D's melt in your mouth -- don't chew them! Other vitamins, such as Calcium, won't absorb unless you've taken Vit D first. I've had bariatric surgery (saved my life!), so a good-tasting Vit D is essential every day.

I was doubtful about buying it due to previous experiences with similar products. The after taste of the other brands is bad. This brand it’s different. The flavor is really good and has no after taste. I’ll keep ordering it.
