My son loves the knives and the cutting board but we didn’t get the kitty face sandwich press, the gloves or the peeler. I just read this in another review as well. Other than the missing pieces the rest is great.

This kitchen set is a wonderful way to introduce young kids to cooking in a safe, hands-on way. It comes with everything needed to get started, including kid-friendly knives, a cutting board, gloves, and several helpful accessories. The pieces are lightweight, easy for little hands to hold, and designed to cut softer fruits and vegetables without having the sharp edges of traditional kitchen knives. I love that it encourages independence while also helping develop fine motor skills and confidence in the kitchen. The knives were able to cut foods like bananas, strawberries, cucumbers, mushrooms, and other soft produce surprisingly well, allowing my child to safely participate in meal prep. The quality of the set exceeded my expectations, and everything feels sturdy enough to withstand regular use. Cleanup is simple, and all of the pieces store together nicely. If you're looking for a fun, educational activity that gets kids excited about cooking and spending time together in the kitchen, this is an excellent choice. I would definitely recommend it to other families.

Little man loves his set. Anytime I'm prepping he grabs a chair and his stuff and starts helping. I highly recommend this. It's great preparation for when they get older, too.

My grandsons are going to love this. They already like to help their moms in the kitchen. I got them a chef’s hat and apron set from Target to go with it when they were $5. Seems to be of good quality, should be safe and easy to use. Update: They love this and so do their moms. So cute!!!

Much less sturdy than what I was expecting: these things are like just one step above plastic disposable silverware. The peeler broke the first time we tried to use it (I’m including photos of it). BUT I bought this set for so cheap I really can’t complain too much. I’ve been using it when we bring desserts to gatherings to cut pieces since it’s nicer than disposable but won’t hurt anyone during transport or if a kid gets ahold of it. So I would still recommend trying it out for your kid. Just make sure you set your expectations.
