The media could not be loaded.  I have been putting off using this on my cat as everything else has failed and I literally have scars from bathing him. I was pleasantly surprised on how easy this was to use. My cat was very angry but couldn't get out and calmed down by the end of the bath. I sprayed him and poured shampoo on him and was able to rub the soap in. I let him sit for a bit inside while I was petting him so he wouldn't freak out as I opened the door. My cat is now clean and I am extremely happy with this product. Shipping was also within time frame.

Beware. The bottom is not perforated metal with tiny little holes like their picture. It is long wire like the rest of the unit like my picture. This makes it less comfortable for your pet to stand on. Each door is attached with four round steel rings making it impossible to open either one without using two pairs of pliers to open two of the rings which isn't easy. This must be done each time unless you replace two of the rings with a key holder with a spring like I did. That way you just open it with one hand instead of using two pliers each time. Tracking the shipping is impossible.

I got my cat in it the first time but after that he will not step foot in it.
