It arrived with the outer neon tube broken during shipment but contacted Neonetics and the Company owner "Evan" apologized and was very helpful in getting it fixed. He offered me the option of returning and sending another sign or simply sending me the broken piece to repair. He assured me it was a very easy repair and even sent me a video on how to do it. I chose that route and sure enough, few days later a new tube came in and only took 15 min to replace. The sign works great now and repair was much easier than repacking and mailing back! Quick shipping, Excellent customer service and a great product in itself. I highly recommend and plan on ordering some more signs from.
