A great, well made, a well designed utensil. Perfect for straining food from a deep fat fryer or a pot of boiling water. It’s big enough for straining pasta for two but I don’t recommend spaghetti, you’ll loose half of it. I closely inspected the chromium finish and welds, beautifully crafted, not just manufactured.

Nice all metal construction is very durable and easy to clean. Very useful when removing large pieces while making stocks as well as foods that I am deep frying.

I've used this strainer for multiple uses. The obvious is for fried foods like fries, chicken nuggets, chicken livers and gizzards, and things like that. But I also use it to dip out macaroni, spaghetti, Ramen noodles, and other cooked items out of pots. And it's a very sturdy item too... not flimsy at all.
