I like the flavour and texture. It’s my first trial of vanilla powder. I like it. I use it for my breakfast porridge and smoothies. The flavour a bit different than liquid extract but in a good way. Generally liquid and powder extract will be slightly different in terms of colour and flavour. I saw mixed reviews but took a risk and it worth it! I recommend this product for those who putting attention to quality, organic and healthy food.

I love this stuff and use it in place of vanilla extract in most recipes. I use it in my homemade ice cream recipe and it gives the ice cream such a delicious "old fashioned" vanilla taste with all the vanilla specks 🤩 I love that its also just 1 ingredient and organic!

2/9/2024 -- Update: I'm starting to agree with some others. I keep this closed tightly in the fridge. It still tastes good, but I'm noticing that I need to use more than anticipated -- a substantial amount -- to get that good vanilla tatste. It's a bit weaker than I'd like, but when I use a good amount, it definetly tastes nice and vanilla-y, it's just not as strong and pugent as I feel it should be. It tastes good, what else can one say about such a product? It's delisious. I'm happy with my purchase. Not interested so much in vanilla extract made with alcohol nor the non-alcoholic extract. Each has its own disadvantages. This product gives me what I want, and doesn't give me what I don't want. I would buy this again when this one finishes.
