Purchased these just to be sure I have an extra on hand if something happens to the cup that came with my Sclera contact lenses. They work great!

Perfect for my scleral lens I had no problem getting the in or out my eyes.

Once you cut off the round end, these are effective - and vital - for inserting scleral lenses. However, I do not understand why these come with a solid, rounded end. They are not effective for removal even with that; other tools should be used. With the rounded end present, this cannot sit flat while the contact is filled with sterile saline. It also is not possible to see through (a vital step of ensuring the contact is centered without air bubbles). So it's necessary to use scissors to cut off the round end. They work great for insertion after that, I just don't understand why they aren't made in the way they actually need to be used.
