Good for Lip Products
I bought this to add a sweet flavor to my lip products; I like to bite my lips quite a lot. I have added this sweetener to lip masks and glosses and it works perfect! One or two drops is just enough to add to lip products, make sure to mix very very well, especially the glosses! It's a small bottle but you really don't need anything bigger than this if you are using it for the same reason I did.

Good, worth it, although not a perfect sugar replacement
It is pretty good. I use this in coffee and it seems better at sugar/sucralose for taking the bitter edge off, while still preserving the "coffee" flavor and not making the whole thing sickly sweet. I'm personally making ~16oz Americanos (espresso + water) and use one drop of this, plus a *very* light sprinkle of a sugar/sucralose blend, and I like the result a lot. Very good for reducing sugar intake. It's hard to say this is a complete or perfect replacement for sugar in all cases, but I like that it helps to cut back my sugar intake.

Great for diabetics
I am diabetic and this sweetner has helped me controll my blood sugar better and still add sweetness to my iced tea. I use about 6 or 7 drops to an 8 ounce glass and I am good to go. It is liquid so it does not have to dissolve as a powder or granular might. I am very pleased with the way it tastes in my tea and plan to keep a supply of it on hand in the kitchen and put some in my purse to take to restaurants to sweeten tea and coffee.

NOT oil-soliuble
NOT oil-soluble! I got this to try in a DIY lip balm, because most flavor oils and extracts don't have any of the sweetness we tend to like. It tastes really good! (I don't tend to like sugar replacements) I'll definitely use it in something. (Or maybe give it to my diabetic roommate?) Definitely a good product, I just wish it stated that it is not oil soluble; most flavorings are soluble in oil or water. One star off not for the product, but for not having appropriate information in the listing or on the packaging.

Finally, a zero-calorie sweetener that tastes like sugar!
Wow! What a surprise! I've always been able to taste the difference between zero-calorie sweeteners versus regular sugar, but I'd have to state that Capella's Super Sweet is the closest thing to the taste of regular table sugar than any other zero-calorie sweetener I've tried! I'd be hard-pressed to tell the difference if I were to participate in a double-blind taste test, it's really that good! I use between 1 or 2 drops to sweeten my beverage and it's fantastic. (Per the package instructions, it even states to use 1-2 drops of sweetener.) Also, the person who submitted their review claiming that the item shipped to them was "expired," upon receipt, that is NOT correct. The date shown on your attached photo shows the date of PRODUCTION, and NOT the expiration date. (It even states "PROD" before the date, and includes a "batch" or product number on the bottom.) If the paper you included in your photo actually came from the package of your purchased product, it was only included to indicate that the stamped PRODUCTION date was NOT TO BE CONFUSED with the product's actual EXPIRATION DATE.) As one whom relies on customer reviews to determine whether or not to purchase a product, that particular review was incorrect and misleading. Also, most extracts and flavorings are shelf-stable and have some form of preservative, thus do not require refrigeration.
