This is a lifesaver!
It works great and the water is super cold and super hot! Installed to replace the rental unit I had from Ready refresh. I'm happy with the purchase. My handyman is upgrading the filtration system but that's bc he wants my customers to have the super healthy water he likes:)

This thing is a no brainer
Worked perfectly for 2 years, then the hot faucet lever broke. Ordered a replacement part for like 5 bucks, plus 10 shipping. It came in a few days. SUPER easy to replace, unscrew the old, screw in the new. Thats it. Easy enough to install, might depend on your setup but I just rerouted my fridge line into it, no plumber required.

Leaked 21 months
Aquverse Commercial Grade Bottleless Hot & Cold Water Cooler Dispenser with Filter, Black | NSF and UL/Energy Star Certified (A3500-K) It leak from the top somewhere inside. Tried to take apart but access to the area where the leak was tough. This was our second onet, first one lasted almost 2yrs and heating/cooling element went out. This one purchased this on January 25, 2023 and went out in Oct 31st 2024. It worked great but looking for something better than just 21months.

Perfect for home or office.
This is a great machine. Hooked up in 20min. No plumber needed. Water is crystal clean and cold. You can set the cold water temp. To save energy you can turn off the hot water in the summer.

You have to install the unit to you water line
I really love this water cooler, espically when I neeed hot water I dont have to heat water up in the microwave anymore ,it tastea lot better than the microwave. Before this I had to fill a filtered water picture up daily, no more. Love it

Maybe it will taste better after a little use
I’m hoping the taste gets better after I use it for a while but it has a very metallic taste right now

Set up is easy . Works well and filters are reasonably priced.

Lasted 3-1/2 years.
Worked well. Got was hot and cold was cold. Cold valve broke about 2 years in. Now, at 3-1/2 years in, the cold has quit completely, which is the main point of having this water cooler. Just kinda figure I should have got a little longer than that out of it.
