Does the job but needs to be changed frequently.
You can definitely tell the impact the filter has on the house. Attached is a before and after 4 months. Will be reordering and changing more frequently since it says that it can be changed every 3-6 months depending on your geography and amount of water sedimentation coming from the street i guess. I live in Puerto Rico and the water tends to be pretty sedimented. Works really well but the durability is not the best.

Greatly Improves our water quality
We are on a 600' well and these filters definitely remove the fine silt and improve the water quality. They are well made and function as advertised. They are a good value for the price and have been invaluable.

Great taste!
I used to only get cheap sediment filters (here) since I also have a P*U*R facet filter for cooking/drinking water, and one in my 'fridge. But adding these made ice & water taste so much better. Not cheap but worth every penny! Oh yeah.. its good for a few months under moderate/light use.

Works great for my whole house water filter
These water filters fit my whole house water filter system and seem to be working just fine. You could see all the rust it filtered out of my water lines.
