I bought this as a birthday gift for my 3 year old granddaughter. She loves it! She never wants to take it off! She looks so cute wearing it. This tiara is great quality and the price is very reasonable. Perfect for what I used it for, which was a one time wear to a children’s princess party. It is made of heavy duty adjustable metal, could be worn by a child or an adult. And it is really pretty. I was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely recommend.
