The BEST knee brace ever!!!
Let me start with, the sizing is accurate on the aeller's info. You need to get an accurate measurement of your thigh as shown in the seller's photo of where to measure. If you aren't great with a tailor's tape measure, ask a friend, family member or Dr. for assistance to be sure of getting the right size to fit you. If your measurement is at the smaller end, order the next size down. If you're at the higher number, order the next size up. I have muscular legs & sized up to adjust my fit & it fits PERFECTLY! For reference, in case this info helps someone else with joint instability.... I have hypermobile (hEDS) & recently the bones in my knees have been shifting sideways, trying to dislocate, pinching nerves deep inside my knees making it impossible to stand or walk w/o intense pain. With the brace on, I can walk normally & w/o pain!!! There are 2 flexible stabilizers on each side for the front/side of your knee. The brace doesn't slip or roll up because of the grippy material on the inside. I wear mine over my leggings. The brace is fantastic for adjusting to get the perfect amount of compression! .. which helps tremendously to reduce swelling! The support strikes the perfect balance between support for stability & ability to bend your knee to walk, use stairs, get in & out of a vehicle & sit down comfortably... while enabling you to stand up without fear of falling down because of an unstable knee joint. Yeah, it costs $35 USD... however, it's WORTH IT!!! In fact, it's helping me so much, after a couple hours of wearing this one, I hurried back here to purchase a 2nd one for my other knee! The brace is one style for either leg. The thicker straps go o the left side so the longer strap goes around your thigh & the 2 thinner straps that go around behind your knee should be on the right side of your leg. If you have knee pain, swelling, joint instability or a minor injury, this knee brace might just be your ticket to reduced pain or discomfort & increased mobility! I highly recommend giving it a try!

A bit of false advertising but good quality, good for the price and does what's intended
I bought this to replace a meuller knee brace I bought at a sporting goods store that wasn't working for me anymore. I'm only 25 but I've had knee pain and buckling since I got hit by a car in the crosswalk last year after they ran a red and weren't paying attention. I was really worried about wasting my money because I'm kind of having to be frugal right now, so I did do some digging into the claims around this brace before I bought it. I can tell you that the doctor holding the brace in the picture has nothing to do with this product, and the bit about it being 'worn by professional athletes around the world' is false. It was hard because there is literally no trace of this knee brace or the brand that makes it anywhere else online except for this Amazon page. But I can tell you it was designed in Isreal in September of last year and the designer filed for a patent on it in April of this year which is still pending. So it is not designed in America and made in Germany like it says here either. The box says made in China also. But false advertising gimmicks aside, I bought it anyway based on the good reviews. I'm 5'7" and around 155lbs and bought a medium. My measurements are 14" to 16" and it fit perfect. It is a very good quality brace, it seems sturdy and does what it's supposed to do which is make my knee feel more stable and help with the pain. It is a little shorter than the meuller brace, about 2" difference, but it is a better brace than that one. It does leave red marks on the skin, especially where the knee hole is, and made my skin itchy after wearing it for a while. I put on a copper fit sleeve under it which fixed the itching and after wearing it for a while I'll see if it helps the marks too. It is a bit bulky so don't expect it to be invisible under pants like the woman wearing skinny jeans in the product video. But over all, despite some false claims to hype the product, it is good quality and good for the price (it was $19.99 with a $2 coupon making it $17.99 when I bought it, I see it is now $24.99) and it does its job very well. I do recommend. I have noticed after wearing it for a few days I'm having to pull the straps a little tighter than before, maybe my knee was swollen and I didn't realize and this fixed it or maybe it's stretching, I don't know. If it is stretching I will probably update that later. But right now I can tell you it's a good brace and worth it.

Helps for light injury
It's okay worn under pants, otherwise the Velcro sticks to anything it brushes past and needs rewrapping. I would only get big Velcro tabs next time or avoid Velcro altogether. Helped to gently secure knee but the side stabilizers are still bendy. I had to get a full ROM brace for proper limits. KEY: ⭐️ 1 star= Disappointed. I don't recommend it, it is poor quality, or it does not reflect the advertising. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars = Has some redeeming quality. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars = It's passable. I might not have bothered. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars = Mostly Satisfied. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars = Entirely Satisfied. Recommend.

Helped me recover from a partially torn ACL
Im a nurse, and as a nurse I'm a horrible patient. I'm the last person to think I need to seek treatment. In January, on a Friday, I was playing with my daughter. I jumped and felt a pop in my right knee. I couldn't put weight on my leg and it hurt any time weight was put on it. My leg would give out if any kind of weight went on it. I immediately knew something was veryyyyy wrong, but I also in denial and was going to treat it like a sprain, with a knee brace and rest. Basic RICE. So I went on Amazon, read the reviews, and bought this. This brace allowed me to put a little weight on my leg and decreased my pain. It expecially helped in bed. If my knee even went slightly out of alignment it was super painful. I did my own research over the weekend and all my symptoms pointed to a torn ACL. Still in denial, because sprains are easier to deal with then an ACL tear, I kept treating it for a sprain. I went to work on Monday limping and refusing to do less then I always do (the knee brace helped immensely with keeping me active). The only difference I made was sitting when I interviewed a patient instead of standing. I talked to one of the anesthesiologist I worked with who convinced me to make a doctor's appointment because she told me it sounded like a torn ACL. Well, after a doctor's appointment with my primary, a CT scan, and then seeing an orthopedic surgeon.. I had a diagnosis of a partially torn ACL. My primary, and the orthopedic surgeon were pleased that I had been wearing a brace and they liked the knee brace I was using. To avoid surgery the orthopedic surgeon prescribed physical therapy for me. The physical therapists took a look at the knee brace and were very happy with the one I was using. I would take it off for physical therapy, but I wore it for work, home, and sleep. Eventually I was able to strengthen my knee and leg enough that I slowly weaned myself from wearing the knee brace. Every once in awhile I would wear it for support if my knee ached too much. After I graduated physical therapy I saw my orthopedic surgeon who was extremely happy with the progress I made and said it was up to me if I want surgery. I feel like I'm almost back to normal so I am not getting surgery. He said ACLs never repair themselves so it will always be torn. Because of this knee brace I was able to recover the use of my knee to almost what it was before. I'll always have issues pivoting, but I didn't do that much before so whatever. I currenly feel no pain, can stand on my right knee, walk completely normal, I don't even notice that my ACL is torn unless I step wrong (like twisting my knee) or try and pivot. This knee brace gave me great support for my knee It was the perfect size for my knee. It fit well and never slid down. The compression for it helped keep the swelling down without cutting off circulation. The design worked so well for my partially torn acl. I would recommend this brace to anyone who needs it.

Great fit and feel, did the job for me!
Very comfortable to wear, did the trick for me! I injured my knee moving a very large piece of firewood trying to split it up and needed something to isolate my injury while it healed. This brace did just that. Coupled with a couple of Lidocaine patches, it allowed my knee to heal and after a couple of weeks, it feels much better. I'm saving this since I know it will be needed when I overestimate the physical capabilities of my aging body! The material is made of nylon and seems to hold up well to use, it is not as hot as I expected it to feel during the day. I am six feet tall and it fits my right knee very well and provided the support I needed to get over the injury. It has some built-in "compression" that can be adjusted with the four velcro straps that can be run in a variety of ways, making it very versatile for different body shapes.

Makes your knee sweaty. Sizing is too large.
-I followed the instructions on their sizing chart and ordered a medium but found it to be too loose. I need a small so you may want to consider going down in size which is the opposite of what they tell you. -The brace’s material made my knee sweat since it’s neoprene and it wasn’t breathable. The sweat just made the looseness even more pronounced so I wasn’t getting the support I wanted. -It was very easy to put on and there is a big hole right where your knee cap goes so there’s no mystery as to whether you have it in the right position or not. That’s one of the good points of this brace. -The straps could be pulled tightly too so that’s good as well but you can’t tighten it up enough if it’s simply too large a cuff which was my case. -Some details I didn’t like. Their stitching is done in such a way that you end up pulling the tab of the strap in the wrong pace (see the pics where I’m pointing with my fingers - the index finger is where I kept pulling but it’s the middle finger that is where the tab is actually lifted.) I can imagine over time that you would end up ripping the different parts off because you continuously mistaken those parts for the tab of the strap. -The version I got came with a “free gift” which was an exercise band (black) and it also came with an instruction manual that included exercises you can do for your knee which I thought was a really nice touch. Kudos to them for that. -Overall, I think this is just ok and provides some light stability and compression. But I’m looking for more. 2/23/26: the seller contacted me and offered me a full refund along with apologies that I did not like the product. I thought that was very considerate, but I declined the offer since I was able to get a full refund from Amazon because I returned it within the allotted timeframe. 2/24/26: the owner, Daniel, contacted me and said he was glad I was able to get a full refund and he offered me a free sleeve to try and this time I accepted the kind offer. I’m curious to see if the sleeve, in a small, will be supportive. I’m very impressed by Daniel and his company for 1) actually reading the reviews and 2) contacting us to try and make it right. I appreciate a company that stands behind their products. Good for them! 3/17/2026: I did receive the promised sleeves and have tried them out while playing pickleball. I find them to be very supportive because they have a semi-rigid "stabilizer" on both the medial and lateral sides, providing support. I actually prefer these to a brace because they are both flexible and supportive. I would recommend giving these sleeves a try if you don't want/like a brace.

These braces are made for athletes.
I do bootcamps, HIIT, cycling, and weight training for two hours each day. My knees become overstressed, so I needed to limit my activity. After one week of heavy workouts with these braces, I'm really happy. My knees don't hurt, and the hard stays on the sides keep my knees stable. There is NO SLIPPAGE at all, and they're actually very comfortable. I'm able to do full workouts, sometimes forgetting I have them on. I love that the braces are fully adjustable, so don't cut into my leg. The flexibility of the braces doesn't restrict my movement at all. I'm able to do full squats, cycling, lunges, all of it, while protecting my knees. These braces are VERY GOOD and are my new normal when working out. And they look good. I color coordinated them with my shoes.

I can walk again ! Love this !
I tore my lcl and walking has been a no fly zone for me until this brace. It makes my knee feel so stable I’ve been able to walk around even without a crutch. It doesn’t bunch up or pinch anywhere. Great product. My hamstrings and calves are very muscular so I went with the xxl size even though I’m only 160lbs but it worked well. Gave me enough room to wrap the straps all the way around.
