can you remove the handle?

Yes, the handle can be removed. It’s held on by a plate - you would simply not insert the handle and would just tighten the plate without the handle present.

Does this work for curved monitors?

This new version has a center rail with (2) articulation points, one on each side. If you want your curved monitors to maintain their curve angle from one to the next, you’ll need to adjust the forwarded articulation amount of the rails and where the VESA bracket attaches to the rail.

Why is the cable hole in the front of the base?

Look at the installation video. You can rotate the base by 90-degree increments. If you want the hole to go out the back, rotate the bottom arm by 180-degress on the foot so that the base leans forward on the desk. That way the hole is in back. You can also have the hole point to the left or to the right.

Can this be used with a single monitor in the center?

It can be used with a single large monitor but it will be slightly off center
