Intex Wet Vinyl Plastic Repair Patch. 6 Count

Didn’t have to use just bought in case but these always work when I do have a small hole

First of all: I think the reviewer stating that this is not a repair patch simply got unlucky and was shipped the wrong product (which I hope he/she returned). I ordered this June 2012 to patch a hole under water (close to the bottom) of my 2000 gallon above ground Intex pool and it was as advertised (6 patches) and one year later is holding up great one year later. I also used it on 3 other spots. Pros: - Works well (holding up after a year) - Requires no glue etc. (just peel off paper) - Works under water and can be applied while pool is filled! - Great price (other kits are around $20 and require using glue etc) - Is hardly noticeable (if applied carefully as not to trap air bubbles followed by applying pressure) Cons: - None so far (other than that one customer at least has apparently received the wrong shipment). FYI: my experience fixing a hole under the water line. I cleaned both the inside and outside and then first applied the inside patch (while my pool was filled with water). Then applied pressure, and put on the outside patch. To my complete surprise, one year later (after being used all summer long and now having set up my pool again) it still works great. Also, the patches are see through and you hardly notice them. No hassle with glue or anything. One recommendation: cut the square patches into circles (otherwise the corners can start to let go).

Our dog decided to attempt to drag our Intex pool around the yard. Obviously it didn't work out because he weighs 30 pounds and the pool holds 700 gallons of water. I bought these hoping to patch up the teeth marks in the inflatable ring at the top of the pool. The wet vinyl plastic repair patch worked wonderfully on the bottom of the pool were there was a small hole. It was a bit more tricky to patch the inflatable ring. I had to use 2 patches that were cut into strips so that I could zig zag the patches on the curve of the ring. Since the air was still leaking out of the hole, the patch did lose some of it's effectiveness at that spot, but it did hold tight around it. The patches were incredibly easy to use. You just have to cut them to the size that is needed and pull the backing off. That simple. No mess! My husband keeps asking me to purchase more "just in case", because he liked them so much.

this was easy to use, it held on pretty good. This pool patch kit works quite well. I just used it to patch tears on the pool on the top part where the air is filled. It held up for about a month. I feel it help up for a short time because of the constant grabbing and tugging of the kids while they were swimming around the pool. When i applied it on the bottom of the pool it held up pretty well. I used it on a quick set pool

Do not buy this product. It does not work and then you will have to patch over it the proper way with glue and vinyl which does not work eithee, because this sticker is still under it. My pool is ruined over thia piece of junk product.

Was listed as 3" x 7" when in fact they are 2.75" x 2.75" and there are 6 not 5 patches that are actually a running sheet with perforations. The first image is the product image while the other images are not at all for this product; these are adhesive patches only, no tube of glue. I truly hoped they were 7 inches as listed because cutting down a 3 inch square simply offers less 'coverage' over a leak; I'm repairing inflatables for the pool and not the pool. I'm going to experiment to see if a small piece (1.37" square) is a good enough patch size to repair a small leak. And as always, slightly rounding the corners of the patch will help. Being in contact with the vendor I ordered from: they assure me the listing errors will be corrected. They are very genuine and that is a quality that is very much appreciated. UPDATE: vendor did indeed correct the listing errors and remove the image that was not this product. Warning: do not assume this product is a "wet set" as stated in title, do not attempt to repair a hole in your pool underwater. These patches are for inflatables - I do not understand why the listing corrections did not include clarifying the misleading title. Read the image because that is what you're getting. And lastly... this same item can be found on Amazon in a few places at differing prices, so search.

Update - End of next pool season: These patches are still holding! I was expecting to have to replace them, but to my surprise they were still holding air! Would not hesitate to order again(though we still have plenty left). We acquired a few pinholes in our cheap 13' inflatable pool, and these worked perfectly to repair them. They held well for 3 months, and I've got plenty of patches left if they don't make it through storage, or re-inflation. To clarify, the holes were on the top section that holds air only. It comes in contact with water when splashed, but it is not underwater. I can't say how these would perform underwater.

Elles sont simples à utiliser, efficaces et durables. Je les recommande vivement à toute personne qui cherche une solution rapide et fiable pour réparer ses équipements gonflables.

Genuine product....u just need to know how to use it..... The surface has to be completely dry.... secondly after applying the patch all air bubbles need to be removed. Fixrd holes at the bottom of my pool. Have used ther pool many times after that ....no issues yet
