I have owned a Brother P-Touch D200 now for many years. Absolutely love it In the early days, I always tried to use the genuine Brother Tape, but I found it always so costly. Naively, I switched to compatible brands. The compatibles were okay, but, and it took me a while to realise (doh!), the colours didn't seem as bright. And I would fairly often find a label or two had started to unstick, or the protective clear tape which is over the coloured tape, would seperate, from the coloured tape. This meant I found I would need to redo some labels. For me though, the crunch point came when, on printing, the first one or two digits were often blank from the printed label. No matter what I did, it kept happening. This rendered the whole label useless (as the first one or two letters or digits were missing from the printed label). I'm cross with myself for letting this this go on for so long.....I just had no idea that the reason for these issues is that I was using compatible tape brands! Anyway, I eventually googled the missing letters / digits issue, and, low and behold, everywhere I researched all said the same, that it is the compatible tape causing the missing letters/digits. This was about a year ago now, and since then I have ordered only the genuine Brother Tape (this yellow one usually)..... Oh, what a difference! Brother tape functions perfectly. Nothing has come unstuck. I have not once had any missing letters / digits. Fits my printer perfectly. And the look of it, the colour, in comparison to a compatible, is great. The yellow, for example, is a much deeper shade (see my attached photo), just much better quality...... ......I just don't know what took me so long lol I order this yellow regularly and am very happy to recommend
