Agaro product is good very useful product anyone can use easily

I am absolutely in love with the **AGARO HV2179 Hot Air Brush**. If you struggle with a traditional blow dryer and round brush combo, this tool is going to be your new best friend. The brush is amazing. The setting help with blow dry and setting your hair. But all of a sudden I had an issue with the product and contacted the Agaro team which was super helpful. So must say the customer service is great

The product works well and performs as expected. However, The product stopped working after just one month of use. I contacted the AGARO Service Centre for support. Although the service process was lengthy. This may not be the case with every product, but it was my experience.

Super handy.. value for money.. good for daily use. A quick hairstyling saviour

This product stopped working after only two uses. I believe this may be an issue with some units rather than all products. If it had not stopped working so quickly, it would have been an excellent product for daily self-hairstyling.

Easy to use. It is quite loud and the cold air feels it's like warm air. Easy to carry. Although some of the brush bristles has lost the small black dots thats on the front of them causing it to sometimes scratch my scalp. And i don't know how to change the brush part of it. It has worn down with bristles bending and falling out.

Pack was open also not wrapped. Looked like a second hand product

Not suitable for my hair type(wavy). Had to use brush through many times to even get a blow dry effect..advertisements are deceiving. Probably this is best for people with almost straight hair..Returned it.

Bought in Feb 2025, stopped working May 2025
