These are the best. I can wear them all day or all night without them slipping at all. They are very comfortable. A nice opaque color. I've worn them 5 or 6 times and they seem to be lasting well. Hope so. They were a bit expensive.

I'm tall and pretty trim, and I cannot find a size that works. The small is too short (just above my knee) and the medium is too wide around the thighs. I'm managed to make the mediums work but I have to adjust a lot because they're not tight enough to grip well.Had a catastrophic failure: walking around at comic con, wasn't paying attention and vent down to look at something and both dropped to my ankles as soon as my legs were straight. Friend said it looked like something out of a cartoon.

I loved the fit of these - they gripped well and stayed up all day. I also like how opaque they were, which was what I had wanted. However, the tops of them are so scratchy that they made my inner thighs all red and sore by the end of the day. I’m not going to wear them again, it was so bad. I guess it was the lace too, though it feels smooth to the touch. Something about them was scratchy and caused major chafing.

These stockings are quite thick and not opaque, which I was looking for but the material is odd. The toe of the stocking doesn't follow the line of the foot very well and the excess fabric bunches near my pinky toes, this gets uncomfortable after a full day of wear. (I can easily get 10,000 steps a day in my 9-5 job).The stocking also doesn't conform to the shape of an ankle well, thankfully I bought black and wore them with booties so this wasn't super obvious but I would think this part might look odd in lighter colors or if you wore flats or any shoe that shows the ankle.I suspect the odd fit in these areas is due to the material, which is wierd; its warm and there's some stretch but not like other stockings. I think the lack of stretch ended up pulling them down-I wore them with a garter belt which helps some.I won't return these but wouldn't purchase again and don't recommend to others. I'm still searching for a black thigh-high stocking that is opaque and thus more work appropriate.
