Perfect, made origiri (rice balls) stuffed with carrot and ginger. The rice holds together very well using the onigiri forms from Amazon.

Made the best mango sticky rice!
I used McCabe Sweet Rice to make mango sticky rice, and it turned out divine. The texture was perfectly soft and sticky without being mushy, and it had a subtle sweetness that paired beautifully with the coconut sauce and mango. The grains cooked evenly and smelled so fresh. I’ll definitely be buying this again!

Sweet rice 🐜
We opened the container and put it directly into a sterilized jar w/ a sealed lid on for food storage. To our surprise, when we went to use it, we noticed there were black bugs crawling around in the rice.

There are no directions on the bag for cooking!
The rice is great. Maybe a little spendy, but I do love the idea of the women raising it. I like that it is organic. There are NO DIRECTIONS on the bag. I just don't get it. I have to look up the directions before making. I rinsed and soaked mine for an hour based on a youtube Japanese cooking channel I watch. Makes good rice balls.
