Direct high quality replacement
I needed to replace the headband on my HD 800 and wanted a match for my Dekoni fenestrated sheepskin ear pads. Looking around online, there aren’t many to be had and I plumped for this option. They are an exact match for my pads in colour, general appearance and feel. They are comfortable to wear for extended periods and I am very happy with my purchase.

This is a great replacement for the original headband which deteriorated over time. Fits perfectly and a lovely feel too

Don't fit very well
Comfortable but unfortunately they just unclip off at the ends soon as I touch them. Fitted to HD800

Not secure at first but fits really well after leather softens up
Padding is more comfortable than stock. Will also last longer than stock. Overall I’m happy with the perforated ear pads and headband from AHG. Very good quality.

On the standard HD800 - make sure to extend the headband all the way while installing.
Product arrived in good time, and I was having a bit of a struggle installing it (on the original HD800 unit) until I extended the headband all the way. Then it clipped in - in less than like 30 seconds. The headband is extremely well-made, comfortable and looks great. Comfort and aesthetic match (or even surpass) the original. All in all, excellent product and experience. Would buy again.
