I see this product contains tin oxide. Is it safe to use around the eyes?

Yes. Tin Oxide is an opacifying agent and colorant used at a very low level in some shimmers. Eyelights has been ophthalmologist tested and is safe to use around the eyes.

Should you use an eye primer first?

There is no need to use a primer before application of Eyelights because we’ve developed a product that is long-lasting and crease-proof. A clean, dry lid is always best though.
