Is this product really as good as advertised?

I have folliculitis on my torso and went through one whole bar and unfortunately it did nothing for me.

Can i use on bikini line region?

I found it to make that area more sensitive, so no I wouldn't.

Is it supposed to turn brown after a week or so?

I have had my Folliculitis soap for about three weeks and mine looks the same as when I got it ….. white.
