It's not great
Doesn't seem to cut that great, I prefer the normal snap on blades

Makes dog grooming much quicker with the wider blade.
This blade cuts pretty close, like a number 10. All clipper blades must be kept clean, lubricated and COOL. When a clipper blade gets dirty (and it will from grinding up small particles of hair) the har melts and sticks to the clipper blade surfaces. Once this happens, the blades will get very hot very quickly. Once this occurs the blades must be cleaned (taken apart and honed). To prevent this, the blades need to be dipped periodically in a cleaning solution and checked very often for temperature. Once the blades are getting close to hot to touch, remove the blade and let it cool. All professional groomers use more than one clipper. Clipper motors also get warm after considerable use. Clipper blades need to be oiled every ten minutes of use.

Worth it
Great blades. They donโt dull quickly. Worth the extra few dollars
