DMC Charles Craft Gold Standard Aida 14 Count 15"X18" Box, Black

I’ve been stitching for nearly 40 years so it wasn’t a surprise at all that the fabric was initially stiff. I stitch in hand and once the fabric warms and is worked a few times the stiffness goes away. High quality fabric was easy to work with. My first time stitching on black, my project looks great!

Beautiful black cloth for cross stitching. The only problem is that it’s really hard to see the holes when you’re stitching, but I think that’s a function of my bad eyes rather than the fabric. I had a pattern that needed black cloth, but in the future I’ll probably stay away from it just because it’s so much harder to use. I’m slowly working on the design and about halfway done.

This worked great for a small cross-stitch that I'm working on. although there was a slightly unpleasant odor to it. They're now manufacturing cross-stitch fabric with a stiffener on it to make it easier to stitch. The last one that I bought at Walmart, which was the same brand, had to be thrown in the garbage even after washing it because it smelled so bad.

I'm a noob at embroidery, and the Black aida fabric was perfect for my beginner project. (An embroidered button) The fabric is thick and stiff, I barely needed an embroidery hoop. No regrets! I made the button in honor of my favorite YouTube channel Achievement Hunter.

This worked GREAT for my project. Although it's not black black. I'd consider it more off-black? I ended up changing how to finish my project as the black in my frame WAS black black. I bought this to avoid having to do the black thread in my project. Just as an FYI the DMC black thread is darker than this aida as I compared the two. With all of this being said, I do not regret my purchase and I would purchase again.

È arrivata 1 giorno in anticipo secondo la data stimata. In perfetto stato, anche se la scatola era un po’ ammaccata. La Tela Aida Nera 14 CT che cercavo, è come in descrizione, al tatto sembra un po’ rigida ma questo particolare è specificato sulla confezione. Ne è valsa, comunque l’attesa! La consiglio!

Having trouble finding black Aida cloth for projects. Lots of choice on Amazon and this one worked out perfect. Perfect cloth and fast delivery. Won't waste my time going to the craft store for this anymore.

Came in fast, exactly what it said it was. Very excited to do some cross stitch! Will buy again.
