Leakage appeared after 1 year of purchase as one of the valve is not well closing. I contacted the seller who requested to contact the manufacture. The manufacturer refused to send replacement and requested to contact the seller (3rd party that is not supposed to sell this product according to the manufacturer!). Amazon can’t do anything and the seller is not taking his responsibility. My advice get the product directly from gotonovo to make sure to have a lifetime limited warranty.

When this faucet first arrived, although the finish seemed pretty artificial, and the spout was welded crookedly on to the base of the spout, I went ahead and had my contractor install it based on the price I paid. After a couple of months, it started dripping. I determined it's an issue with the cartridge in the hot water faucet. It's not a cartridge you can simply purchase from your local home depot, it's some custom size. I reached out for support, and they claimed to have no record of me purchasing the faucet, nor were they willing to help - yet here I am writing a review because I purchased. Would not recommend based on quality and poor customer support. Now I need to purchase another faucet and pay my plumber to remove the old one and re-install.

Die Armatur sieht toll aus und ist schön gearbeitet. Leider lässt die Qualität zu wünschen übrig. Der Wasserhahn tropft schon seit dem ersten Tag. Ich würde die Armatur gerne zurückschicken oder zumindest einen neuen Hahn geliefert bekommen. Wäre schön, wenn der Versender Kontakt aufnehmen würde...
