Very helpful for constipation but very gently so. I would take one at night before bed and it really helped to soften otherwise painful bathroom visits.

I have been purchasing this product for over a year now, which is always as expected. I have issues finding this type of Magnesium as this dosage from a single brand consistently in stores, so being able to order from Ruby via Amazon has been ideal. I have multiple comorbidities, and I have been advised by my medical team that adding 400mg 1/day might help. I have mainly noticed that my migraines are less frequent, which is amazing. I tend to have some digestive issues with other brands, but with Ruby, I have none of these issues. It is a great product with a good price point and is consistently available. This is my go-to for Magnesium supplements.
