I purchased this sauna suit to wear when I exercise with my new MaxiClimber. It makes me perspire a lot and that's a good thing! This is recommended by my body contouring esthetician. Wearing this sauna suit is much more convenient than using clingwrap to induce more perspiration. The design of this sauna suit with short sleeves and full high back makes it even better than clingwrap with the additional coverage. The material is very stretchy, so the fit is good. It's a bit too long for my torso since I am only 5' 1". Thus, it can fit tall people or people with long torso well. The zipper is made of strong plastic. It seems pretty sturdy. It's easy to open and close. I like that there is a clasp at the top for complete closure.

It makes you sweat good just the arms could be tighter you will never sweat in the arm area that’s how loose it is. But overall it’s good. I’m 5’6” 150lb and got a M and fits good I do wish I would’ve gotten a small. But overall good.

Surprisingly Effective Sauna Shirt! I was pretty skeptical at first after seeing so many ads for this product, but I decided to give it a try when it went on sale. I wore it to a 25-minute cycle class, and within minutes, I was already sweating! Honestly, I’m super impressed by how well it works. A couple of things to note: I read that you should size up by one size, but if you’re chesty like me, you might want to go up two sizes. The fit was a little tight across my chest, and while there’s a clasp at the top of the shirt, the zipper doesn’t always stay fully up — I think that’s more about me needing to size up rather than a design flaw. Overall, though, it definitely helped me break a sweat, and I’m excited to keep using it!
