Yes, it smells nasty. Also yes, it works well on spots. I developed perimenopause hormonal acne and this helps keep it under control where lots of other products did nothing, so despite the smell, I'll keep using it!

This product is amazing. I just wish I had taken a before and after picture 48hrs apart tp show the difference. Bad bits: As others have mentioned its a green colour with a hint of a smell which I can't identify and does dry the skin area its been applied to. However as its purchased to reduce spots then its a small detail in comparison on your skin then a nasty angry spot, applying moisturiser after it's dried appears to help this minor detail. The good bits: mine arrived 2 days ago and has significantly reduced a very large spot i had on my cheek and after applying to other prone areas on my chin where I have been lately getting small white heads (hormone changes) i have not had any come up at all today and that's with a full face of make up. I will now be applying a small amount (as it does go a long way as others have mentioned), to my problem areas in the evening after my skin routine and then be applying my night-time moisturiser. Very happy with this purchase and the difference in 2 days. This is a genuine review that I hope people will find helpful.

I must have gone through about 4 tubes of this now, it's a staple in my routine and one I always recommend to people. Whenever I have a blemish appear, I apply this as often as I need and it either reduces it hugely within 24 hours or brings the spot to a head so I can get rid. I'd be lost without it!

Easy to use but only in use for a short period of time since order

So I had lots of pimples on my forehead and so I bought this cream and it cleared up my spots in a week.It is a blue cream that smells like cardboard but the results I got is worth the cardboard smell.My sister also tried it and it worked wonders for her.I think this cream works on oily and combination skin types and normal but I don’t think you should use it if you have dry skin as it could dry out your skin.Anyways I’m very pleased with the results

This stuff is great, bought for my teen who gets spots around his hairline. This takes the redness out of them overnight, it’s like a little miracle cream I wish it was around when I was a teen.

Yes, it occasionally flattens spots. But it's not a miracle worker, and I had to stop using it after noticing that everywhere I put it got flattened rashy patches as well. It's a very weird and worrying skin reaction that I've never had before and took forever to clear. I will not be using again, would not recommend to others until I work out why I had that reaction, and unfortunately cannot in good conscience pass on the product to friends or family to use, so it will probably end up in the bin, which is a waste.

Yes, this does have a very strange smell, which is a shame as I found this worked well on the small bumps I have along my hair line. Because of the smell I only use this at night.
