The Godfather Trilogy

Really happy with this item, was exactly what I expected (it is just a set of films after all). But it looks good, works great and was delivered in a timely fashion.

We had this trilogy of films on DVD and enjoyed them (like everyone really rate the first two movies) and gave this blue ray edition as a gift to my wife. We really enjoyed watching these in HD 1080p on a projector and both the image and sound are great. Was also really good value for money. Classic movies in 1080p what's not to like!

Classic movies, even the 3rd film new cut is a bit better!

The movie u have to see

Parts 1 and 2 of the Godfather trilogy are absolute classics, and deservedly so. Part 3 was never quite as good but I always found it to be an enjoyable film. Unfortunately, I feel the new Coda version included here is worse than the original cut, despite it being Coppola's preferred version. This new cut contains one of the worst edits I've ever seen in a film as well as changing the ending, which, as many felt, was one of the strongest moments of the original Part 3. The 4K box thankfully contains the original cut as well as Coda but the standard BluRay version unfortunately does not.

It's the Godfather 🤙.Won't go into the story most know it,if not get the film.I'd seen it often do decided to just get the " remastered" blu ray.I buy a LOT of films anyway.My 4k player upscales well.Also this has a great picture and the Blu-ray has Dolby Atmos soundI very much doubt the 4k would have much of a better picture, after all it's a 50 ish year old film.Probably half the cost of 4k but still with great sound and picture.Probably get " The pianist" on 4K when it comes out soon or something I haven't seen 10 timesLove this film but this version was perfect for me , brother even thought it was 4k 😉🤔
