This seller ships a very fresh product. The lozenges have a hard, shiny surface and dissolve slowly in the mouth; they do not crumble or crack and the color is the deep amber of Manuka honey. The price is about midrange; some sellers charge more, some less. (Beware, however, not all sellers are the same: TheBestInc ships a stale honey lozenge that crumbles and cracks and has soft, pale to white corners rather than uniform amber color, although the price is cheap it is not worth it; &Crafted lozenges are not as fresh and also much more expensive for the very same product. I love these as they have Manuka honey and all the benefits they bring as well as a little ginger heat. They soothe a sore throat or cough. I work a job that requires quite a bit of talking. I use these to not only keep myself healthy but to help me not cough during work. It feels good knowing that these have medicinal values that are natural. I try to stay away from chemical type drugs. this I all natural and taste great. It's like you can feel the healthiness in it. I would use daily if not sick. I just put mine on subscription delivery so I will never be without.

These little gems are awesome in helping fight off a cold. They are expensive but cheaper on Amazon than buying them at my local drugstore. If I start to feel a cold or sore throat coming on, I just start using these. The echinacea is great for keeping the cold away. Throw in a little vitamin C with Airborne. . . the cold never gets any further, the sore throat goes away. Worth every penny not to have to go through the agony of a cold! I give them to people to try when I see someone else fighting off a cold. Highly recommend!

This is one of my FAVORITE THINGS of all time!! If I have a scratch throat, a dry throat, sinus issues or post nasal drip, have been talking a lot, if it's cold out, if there's dry air, or if I just want to feel good, I suck on one of these honey lozenges with ginger and I feel just wonderful! It helps with so many things that it's hard to put my experience down into words. I have even given some out to friends and family and every one of them loves it, too! My niece swears that it makes her "yucky tummy" go away, too! :) Any time, any place, for any reason... that's my Manuka Honey Lozenges with Ginger and Echinacea!!!!!

These are great but for my kids they were a bit sharp taste and it really dried their throats a bitSo what i did to fix this, i used them in very hot milk or tea and mix it well in that and gave that milk to my kids :)And yes they were better for fluHope this review helps the people with little kids

I knew that Manuka honey has powerful healing properties. I had read that they have studied its ability to heal serious skin issues. I wanted it to be organic, and with the echinacea for more immunity and ginger for soothing, taste and more, I love them. Thank you for a beautiful product. It has a softness on the outside which eases the process of it melting in your mouth like no other I have tried.

I sometimes have a dry throat or mouth as a result of my medical condition. These are them tastiest lozenges. I love that they are all organic, very simple ingredients. They have been using the same recipe for decades. They also work well for sore throats. They are a little pricey but well worth it - you won't be disappointed.

I was skeptical about something with natural ingredients, but these work. This is my third order and I even suck on one if I just feel blah. Has a great taste and I see a difference. I am the biggest skeptic around but they are worth every penny.

Stated on Amazon that Manuka honey lozenge was +15 on the box but as another reviewer said, the ones they send you have nothing on the box so u don't know what grade the honey is. Box was battered by the time I received it but the lozenges taste quite nice. Can't say how effective they would be at fighting off infection. Rather expensive.

I bought these for my mother and she really liked them...they didn't stop her cough, but they did stop her coughing whilst she was eating them
