Does this foutain have leaking issues ?

My fountain does have issues with leaking. It is a small leak that I’ll fix eventually. I use it in my outdoor eating area (covered area) so the little bit of leaking doesn’t cause much problem for me.

Would this be ok on an outdoor patio that is somewhat covered? Also located in socal
