My review might seem a bit peculiar but I love these gloves. I got them because I have terribly arthritic thumbs and wrists and was desperate to find something to allow me to do yoga, pushups or anything that involved pressure on my wrists. I’ve tried several other apparatus design for wrist relief to no avail. These definitely give me some relief. I cinch them fairly snuggly and have to admit I look a tad peculiar in my yoga class, but at least I’m able to keep up. I bought a second pair to use at home to use with dumbbell weights and they make such a difference, assisting with grip strength. Full discloser I’m no spring chicken so I accept any assistance as I try to stave off further aging. But these gloves have become an essential part of my every day arsenal. I find I’m tempted to keep them on even when the workout is over! I love the snugness and mostly the padding on the palms. Bought twice already and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again!

Hurts the hand a bit when lifting quite heavy loads cz of the padding but it is of great quality and fits perfectly well.

According to the product chart, my right size is S. It was good on my hand's palm, but too tight on my fingers. I weigh 142 lbs, and my fingers are proportional to my weight. I had to return the S size. I bought size M, now the gloves are a bit big on my hand's palm and still tight on my fingers. I am returning this one too.

Ho acquistato questi guanti SAWANS per proteggere i palmi durante gli allenamenti con pesi e devo dire che per il prezzo sono davvero validi. L'imbottitura sul palmo offre una buona protezione contro calli e vesciche, soprattutto durante esercizi come stacchi, trazioni e sollevamenti vari. La presa è migliorata notevolmente rispetto all'utilizzo a mani nude, e il materiale antiscivolo funziona bene anche con le mani sudate. Il supporto al polso, pur essendo nella versione "polso corto", offre un minimo di stabilizzazione utile. Vestibilità corretta per la taglia S, né troppo stretti né troppo larghi. Dopo diverse settimane di utilizzo in palestra resistono bene, senza segni evidenti di usura. Per chi cerca un paio di guanti entry-level senza spendere molto, sono un'ottima scelta.
