This didn't work for me because it doesn't sit flush on the floor. The nut underneath the bottom edge of the bracket is about half an inch tall so unless you can drill out a hole in the floor to accommodate the nut you'll have a problem. If you don't mind it not sitting flush, you will need at least 3/4" clearance between bottom of door and floor. On my concrete floor it won't work. There is 1 picture that shows this. I should have looked more closely before buying.

Decent product but I would have expected a bearing in the wheel. No bearing means noisy operation.

Much better then the ones that came with the rails. The one that came with the rails needed to be drilled into the floor - ours is ceramic tile. I didn't want that so I ordered these that screw into the floor board. They are fully adjustable. Perfect.

These rollers are perfect for barn doors especially if you have time and don't want to chance drilling and cracking a tile. They hold the doors perfectly in place.

Recieved package and it was used. Had been opened and screws are crap. Would not recommend. How hard is it to say "opened box" when advertising??Go for a device that has dual stability on wheels. Having one is lame.

Quality. Plastic wheel but looks strong and up to handling daily use.

Mounting screws rub on inside of door. Screws should be recessed but I still like it better than cutting a kerf in the door.

Didn't work for my set up. When installing must make sure that doors are high enough off the ground to have the bolt underneath the bottom arm. I ended up taking them off and throwing in the trash. Wheels also leave black marks on lighter color doors.
