This jacket is amazing. It’s warm down. Unlike the puffy type that can rip or get holes burnt in it from campfires this jacket is rugged and a step up from the a Skogso line with leather sleeve and hood reinforcements as well as the down which keeps you cooler or warmer.

So the jacket is quite nice but not sure it is a true winter’s jacket. The down paddling is quite thin…surprisingly thin. Good quality exterior material and seem well put together but you will need layers under this jacket in sub zero weather. Another thing that is kind of off is that this jacket sleeves don’t have flexible adjustable ends…only a couple snaps but still quite large open at wrist level. Hood is kind of large and not a fan of the leather accents. Those are kind of pointless. 5’10” 178lbs and ordered L…with a wool sweater and a t-shirt it doesn’t leave much more room for any additional layers. In winter, if below 32deg few layers may be needed. But then this jacket is quite tight and limiting movement. Overall good jacket and stylish but not sure is practical. Wish the down isolation value could be improved to ensure you don’t need too many layers at harsh winter weather. Otherwise highly recommended…just not sure this will work well for less than 20f ( -7C). Definitely great for milder winter, spring and fall. Only one interior zip packet…head scratcher. Not much packet spaces.

What a beautiful jacket. Well made from heavy high quality materials with tough stitching and a great rugged zipper. The sizing is perfect and I can see this jacket lasting generations. Expensive but worth it in my view.

Holy moly. This thing is so incredibly well made. It gives the feeling of a garment that will last a lifetime. It's incredibly stylish and warm... love it! Not sure how its so cheap on amazon this thing is $500 from the manufacturer. I can't recommend this jacket enough.

This jacket is not gonna help you in the winter cold. Anything below 50f and you will feel the cold. If you want a warm jacket, look for something else.

If you’re looking for a ‘proper’ winter coat then this is the boy. It’s extremely well made, from the zips to the buttons and lining it is proper quality. A solid investment.

Die Jacke ist sehr schön, aber schützt auf keinerlei weise gegen Regen. Auch nicht nachdem man sie mehrmals mit Wachs imprägniert hat. Bei "wasserabweisend" für eine Jacke von 500 Euro erwartet mann auch tatsächlich "Abweisungen." Ich bedauere inzwischen den Einkauf.

Amazing looking jacket! Super comfortable. I'm 176cm/70kg and usually wear size M, but ordered this one in size S because I intend to use it without a mid-layer (Not warm enough to stand outside in -10celsius, even with a warm mid-layer). Perfect for when it is 0 celsius/plus. Highly recommended!
