Thank you Kong.
My 3 70LB rescued dogs, ( Lab mix, Boxer mix, Hound mix), would only play/chase with hartz dura play non bacon flavored balls. Hartz decided to rip off customers of this product by jacking the prices to well over $6 per ball. They began pushing the bacon flavored balls. (Imagine those at your dog park.) I digress. Kong Air to the rescue. These are a little over $1.40 per ball. Great value. Another quality Kong product. I bought the "medium" size balls. These are about the same size as a regular tennis ball. (Be aware that Kong also makes some balls for smaller dogs. Be sure of your selection. You don't want to buy a choking hazard.) They squeak and are flexible. Good for playing with your dog or retrieving. NOT a chew toy to leave around the house. The cover is felt, similar to a tennis ball. It does come apart a bit when moist. The core is firm but not a hard rubber. This is not the exact same thing a a tennis ball. That's why they're squeezable for dogs. One package of 3 balls lasts my dogs about 5 days of wet sandy beach play. I'm very pleased.

Good squeaky and somewhat bouncy
Good squeaky and somewhat bouncy. I like the squeaky-ness of these and it makes my dog have to bite down and work for it but not too much that it is impossible. The balls are also somewhat bouncy so a good game of catch can be had. They will wear out for that purpose of course so I prefer to use them as squeeze toys. The noise is annnoying but does not last long. At the price point I would definitely buy it again and my dog likes them okay. Note: I do not have PRIME since Amazon.com does NOT stand behind their BS mark-up service and have become WORSE since they started pushing it so much at delivering non PRIME items.

pretty good balls for a strong jawed dog
ok, I don't even bother giving any creedence to dog toys that say they are indstructable, because I have yet to find anything my dog can't destroy. he's a 19 month old German Shepherd, and he loves to play fetch. These things have a life of about 2 weeks each, as the first step is he squeezes the crap out of them as he fetches them and the squeeker breaks. After about a week, it's pretty chewed up, but still holding shape and throwable. We tried some other brand that claimed it was indstructable, and I kid you not, it had a big split right down the middle of the ball in the very first play session. compared to a tennis ball, these things are better because they squeek, they last longer, and that fuzz that is on tennis balls is probably not good for dogs, and these are made out of something simliar but different. I assume that if they make these for dogs, they assume they're going to be chewed on, and tennis balls can't say that since that's not what they're desinged for. it's a sqeeky tennis ball for dogs, what can i really say!?

Great for picky pups!
Pros: - Holds my dog's attention like nothing else. She is not interested in regular tennis balls at all but will fetch for HOURS with these balls. - Squeak is LOUD. Can be heard from pretty far off so they are great for calling my dog back when off leash at a park because they are like puppy crack. - The medium is a standard tennis ball size which is good for my 55lbs lab - Come in a multipack because they can get gross (like any tennis ball) at the park Cons: - They are stolen 100% of the time at the dog park. My dog isn't the fastest and is quite submissive so if there are other dogs at the park they become fixated on the squeakair ball because it squeaks and inevitably they beat her to it. Since my dog isn't interested in other balls, we usually bring two and the other one is stolen. So we buy a lot of them. - They don't handle getting wet well. If they are dropped in a water bowl or the lake/ocean/pool or large puddle they don't squeak anymore or if they do it sounds pretty pathetic. They essentially become wet standard tennis balls which aren't as fun.

Perfect toy for dogs! My dog's favorite toy!
I have a 9 going on 10 month old, 100 lb German Shepherd. Very active and in shape, huge puppy. He would normally DESTROY a tennis ball within a few hours to a day with his constant chewing and playing with the ball. I considered this and decided to buy it. I bought the Medium size because I still wanted him to be able to chew it. The large size is definitely big (I went to petsmart to check out the sizes but purchased here, price is waaay better!). I tested which size he'd like and he played with the Medium size more since he was able to chew it. He can't choke on it since its not too small for him. He's been playing with it for a few months now and its still intact. Less bouncy than when we first got it, still bouncy of course, but he is a huge puppy and chews on it ALOT. It is the only toy he has not gotten tired of! I also gave the same size ball to my boyfriend's new dog (Husky 2 months old) and he loves it chews on it as well and it squeaks the same way as with my GSD. For our dogs, its the perfect option and the Medium is the perfect sizing. Its a little smaller than a traditional tennis ball, but the closest size out of all the other size of the Kong Squeakier Balls.

Formerly Great Product Going Downhill Fast
My 10 1/2 year old Alaskan Malamute LOVES these squeaky tennis balls. He had been playing with them for years, and he loves to squeak them and throw them over and over. Unfortunately over the last few years the quality has gone downhill. When we first started buying them years ago, they lasted forever. Then slowly the squeaker started coming loose much more quickly. Now the balls themselves are pretty much just junky. It doesn't take much squeaking before the ball starts to break down, and my dog's teeth leave holes in the ball. These used to be so sturdy, now I just accept that I need to keep a supply because they won't last more than a few days. I only keep buying them because my dog loves them so much.

Love the Squeakair's!
I'm a proponent of not spending extra money for specialized products when you don't need to. For example, I just don't see the need to buy the Chuck It tennis balls when just plain old generic tennis balls work just fine. However, one of my rescues was never interested in playing fetch with balls. He's got at least some border collie in him, so I knew that this type of exercise would be great for him and being able to use something like the Chuck It would really help my arm ;) Enter these squeakair balls. He's always loved his squeaker toys. So finding these regular looking tennis balls that also have the squeaker in them was ideal. It's allowed him to learn that playing fetch with balls is fun. Got to keep that working dog's mind busy! Thanks Kong! As for the details, these have held up pretty well. I have the medium size and they are the size of regular tennis balls. I can't say how they would hold up to rough chewers, as mine are pretty gentle when it comes to these.

Poor design, not durable, waste of money, & CHOKING HAZARD
I learned recently that traditional tennis balls are too abrasive for dogs' teeth. Hence this purchase. While Kong has addressed the abrasion issue, these "tennis balls" are otherwise very poorly designed and constructed. First, the felt covering is not secured well to the underlying rubber ball. My dog partially ripped the felt off all three balls in this set within the first play session. Second, the rubber ball underneath is not a solid, one piece ball, but composed of two pieces glued together in the middle. As you can imagine, with a little chewing, the seal splits and you're left with the two pieces. In other words, the traditional white-colored tennis ball seam you see wrapping around the felt is surface layer only and simply decorative. The ease with which these balls have the felt detached and split into two smaller pieces make this an extremely dangerous choking hazard. Please see my photos above before buying this dangerous toy. All owners need to monitor toys for damage and discard them when appropriate, because no toy will last forever. But the fact that these balls can be destroyed literally upon first use makes them a complete waste of money, in addition to the choking danger.

Great buy
These are now our dogs favourite toy. She'll carry them around the house and essentially play soccer with them all over the house by herself, or bring them to us to throw. When we throw all 3 at once she goes bannas trying to choose one to chase! The fuzz seems to be wearing off after a few weeks, though Mia is not being gentle with them at all. Sometimes flinging them down 2 stories just to try to race them to the bottom. She never wins btw, gravity is just too quick for her! Will be buying thee again as they wear down.

No longer what they used to be!!!
I used to buy these balls for at least 5+ years, because they last forever, the ball and the squeak. However, the last 3 sets I bought, on Amazon and offline, have been very disappointing!! 20 minutes of playing fetch, the squeak thingy breaks, and all we have is an ordinary tennis ball, which is not the point of a squeaky toy. Doggies are very disappointed!!!

Also das ideale Weihnachtsgeschenk!
