Great replacement
Lost my original and ordered this one as a replacement. Worked perfectly and I didn't have to do anything except put a battery in it and start going through the different settings on my soundbar!

Worked exactly as described and saved my sound bar!
My 4 year old Vizio soundbar's subwoofer quit working and I had also lost the original remote. I tried every trick I could find to restore the sub to no avail including a master reset from the sound bar itself. I had basically given up and decided the subwoofer was dead. I found this Vizio remote and thought "well for $10.00 it cant hurt" so I ordered it. As soon as it arrived, just as the description said, I put batteries in it and it worked perfectly with my sound bar. I tried a speaker test and sure enough, the subwoofer did not respond. I used the remote to perform a "factory reset" and, after about 5 minutes, the sound bar came back to life including the subwoofer! If you have lost your remote or are having issues with your own sound bar, I definitely recommend this replacement remote.

Worked right out of the box.
No pairing setup was needed. The screen is very hard to see because it’s so dim and doesn’t light up. The original remote that came with a new sound bar system had the same issues. Just wish the digital screen lit up.

Easy to use with Vizio products I like the fact that there’s a phone number on the back if you need any help strongly would recommend if you need a replacement remote this is ideal and it was worth the price

Buy it! It works great!
We purchased our soundbar over 5 years ago. I accidentally washed our remote and have been getting by ever since. As soon as the batteries were in, this controller has worked flawlessly with our soundbar. I’m mad at myself for not spending the affordable and reasonable amount sooner.
