I have a problem with my t9, tried contacting avalla through their website but no response. how did you contact avalla?

I am not surprised you are having trouble with this company. When I purchased the T9 it came with a note that promised a £10 refund if I registered and gave a report, I did so no £10 arrived I complained after a lot of questioning by by the company eventually the offered£20 I told give it to charity, they then harangued me to change my report that I refused and from your problem it seems to be their MO.
