As someone who suffers from (thankfully) minor plantar fasciitis, this thing has been a godsend. I got immediate relief after the first use. I sat on the edge of my couch, put the roller on the floor, and rolled my foot back and forth across it for a couple minutes each. You can adjust pressure simply by putting my weight onto your foot as needed. The roller has a few neat features. In the middle, there's a small hump, which feels absolutely amazing on the heel. You can also turn/move your foot off to either side of the hump to get a nice deep rub into the arch of your foot, or the outside edge. The roller itself is lightweight, but not cheap feelings. It's not a rubbery material, but some sort of plastic or composite with a nice soft touch feel. I don't know what took me so long to purchase a foot roller, but I'm glad I did. This thing is outstanding and not a bank breaker.

Recently started training for a race and was stopped in my tracks with a bad case of plantar fasciitis. This set of massager roller and spikey ball set helped me within days. I may have been a little aggressive on day 1 with the massager, which brought tears to my eyes. The next day, my arch was a little sore. But after a week of treating the arch with this set, using a foam roller on my calf, and icing a few times a day, my pain is gone and I am back to training. Not pushing as hard this time though!

I like the black roller, it works fine. The red ball is almost firm enough, but still a little more would be ideal. I think they need to include one that doesn't give at all. The blue one is very soft and totally useless for me, but maybe it would be OK for someone with a very tender, sore foot.

I purchased to soothe my aching feet. I keep it by the couch and use it whenever I need to. I tend to use the roller. It doesn't take up much space, it's always near, I grab it, use it for a few minutes and it works great! I also used the ball to massage out a tight area on my previously injured ankle that felt a little tight. I give this package of massagers 5 stars!

This thing is just a good little foam roller to have! Small, inexpensive, and easy to use to help relieve some pain. The product I received definitely was not as shiny as the one in the advertised pictures. Not a bad thing tho. I'm sure this foam feels a lot better than if it were made from just straight plastic. The inside is made from hard plastic. Think of it like PVC pipe covered in bumpy foam. Feels really good to roll out your sore parts for a few minutes. Put it under your desk and get a little massage. Just like I'm doing now. Writing this review :)

Doesn't do the job. There's another brand that is great, I needed another & decided to save a buck, thinking they were all the same. They're not. It's not horrible, better than nothing, just not as effective as the other.

Like many others of a certain age, I found myself dealing with plantar fasciitis. I tried some exercises, wraps, a splint, and a few other things with limited success. Then I found this inexpensive miracle worker. I saw immediate relief. Problem is virtually gone. When it starts to sneak back, I roll my foot on this gem and it’s gone. Great product. Simple wins the day.

This is a good set it comes with few balls and a roller. The cool thing its the travel bag it keeps everything together. Overall I will say this is good deal.

This thing is great, can work my sore feet after work when I'm watching tv. Totally recommend to anyone with sore feet.

I bought this for my partner who has fibromyalgia and suffers badly from foot and leg pain as well as periodic hypersensitive skin. All three of the tools are fantastic and the different textures and hardness mean that my partner can still massage their feet and legs even on days when they are hypersensitive. This has been an absolute blessing and I really love the little bag they come in which makes storage and transport really easy. Well made, sturdy product.

This roller is a lifesaver. Loosens tired, cramped feet. Small enough to tuck away somewhere. You can do this half asleep or watching tv. Good quality, good price.

My hubby got fed up of giving me foot massages so I ordered this. What a treat! I can have foot massages to my hearts content now😁. Just note that standing is best. I couldn’t get much out of it when seated because it’s your body weight that assists with the massage. I use it everyday now and my feet feel great. Worth the money because it’s well made and sturdy.
