Not too sweet like most of the artificial sweetened snacks with some chocolate flavor. Good for a quick snack in between meals when you want something quick and easy. The Atkins products have just gotten too expensive, and they are always too sweet. Make sure you check the date of the box. I bought one at Amazon Fresh store that was on sale for a few dollars less and it was more stiff than soft but did not impact the taste.

However, those concerned about GMO should be aware that both products are made by the same company and both contain bioengineered ingredients. - Smaller than the Fiber One bars - The bars are soft and moist, not super sweet (which I prefer), and no strong chemical sweetener taste, but are a little bitter in general. It's not the worst but it makes them taste a little stale. After eating a few more, I think it's just the overwhelming stevia taste. Way too much stevia. - Not my favorite thing but I'd eat them if I was hungry. Won't repurchase though. Pretty expensive for the size too, but still less expensive than many alternatives, to be fair.

If you have a sweet tooth and you are watching your weight these are really good. Chewy and good quality. Good amount of protein.

The texture is pretty dry and they are a bit crumbly, and there's no mistaking the somewhat chemical taste of the artificial sweeteners. If you have to have a sweet treat, this will do, but you won't be fooled into thinking that it's anything other than the keto/low sugar option that it is, and (seemingly) like all keto foods, it's a bit pricey to boot.

Dry. Not chewy or moist at all. Dark chocolate taste. Frankly, I'm disappointed. I got them as gifts. Guess I'll still give them and ask everyone else's opinion, to be fair, because maybe it's just me. I like my brownies to be moist and chewy. Now I'll have to get something else to give along with . Disappointing....though I can't say the add falsely advertised or anything like that. And to be perfectly honest, they tasted pretty much how I feared they would, but I ordered them anyway just to give them a try. Yuck. They may be a healthier choice by the ingredients, but not if eating them may perhaps cause death by boredom, or gagging from the taste, or choking on the dryness. Of course, this is just my one opinion. Evidently there are those who find them tastey, according to the reviews. So, what do I know? You might even like them! I just know that I will never purchase these again. I should have taste-tested them before buying 6 boxes for gifts!

No, it is not a bar it is a square soft brownie, perfect not dry not to moist just right. Yes, protein. Soft bites. Ah man, I want to order more. Stevia and ingredients are price of mind.

I'm struggling to stay on this keto diet. It has really made a difference in my biomarkers (blood glucose, etc.) so I want to stick with it and make it a sustainable lifestyle change. However, I REALLY miss my desserts! I was thrilled when I saw that these brownies were less than $6 so I got them right away. Sadly, they were not what I had hoped for or expected. I gave two stars for the fudgy flavor. That's where my appreciation stopped and the dismay began. First, let me say that I had just taken a flight where I had access to an airline lounge that had grab bags with lunch items. One of them was a gluten-free brownie and it was sublime! Over the top chocolate flavor, moist texture, and extreme butteriness made for the perfect brownie bite. That's what I was hoping these would be like but boy was I wrong. These brownies are dry and almost a little bitter. The nuts did not help, and it was all I could do to get them down my throat before dousing with gulps of water. I'm extremely disappointed and will stick with the delicious Atkins almond clusters and chocolate caramel mousse bars to address my sweet treat needs from now on.

This is one of the most cost effective keto brownies I was able to find. 110 calories per brownie 9g fat 11g carbs/6g fiber = 5g net carbs 1g sugar/0g added sugar 3g protein It tastes pretty good. You do taste that non sugar sweetness from the allulose, but I don't mind it. It's not super high in carbs, being 11 with 6g fiber, so having a net total of 5g. The quality was good. I'd buy it again.
