Is the cooker bpa, lead and phthalate free

Does this unit have an issue with coating flaking off? i read negative reviews about the baby brezza one step baby food maker having this issue.

I haven’t experienced flaking partials. I do recommend taking it apart completely to clean after using it. I went away on business and the person who watched my son used it. I came back and it seemed like mold was growing. I had to bleach it, looked good as new. Just make sure to rinse thoroughly and do a few water and vinegar soaks before using again. I also recommend emptying the water reserve after you’re done using it and letting everything air dry separately. I make big batch meals for my baby. I use the machine 1-2 times a month.

how to keep the blade on the up position? whenver i put the blade in the bowl, it just turned itself then went down automatically

Perhaps the blender only has one level for the blade?

How long can this product be used?

As long as you keep it clean, it should last you don't it anymore. Mine has gone through making for 2 babies. I have lent it out to a friend to use.
