Miracle of Aloe Toenail Soft Temporary Nail Softening Cream for Thick, Hard Toenails with 1 Oz

After 30+ years Infantry active service (now retired), caring for my feet became an essential routine: Best socks (with a dry pair in backup), best boots, always have a can of foot powder in a gear pouch, moleskin, keep my toenails clipped . . . there are few body parts an Infantryman has to depend on more than his feet. Well into my 70s now, and I still inspect my feet daily. A challenge I had not anticipated was the degradation of my flexibility (I routinely curse gravity . . . yeah, I know it keeps us on the planet, but couldn't we get some kinda senior credit, like 25% less) which makes it difficult to contort myself to clip my nails, 2 of which have become prone to becoming ingrown. So, I started researching a new foot care technique . . . and found this stuff. If you have rock hard nails or tend to ingrown nails, BUY THIS. This morning I slathered it on my biggest toenail challenge (left big toe), left it for 1.5 hours (probably didn't need to wait that long) and the nail flexed like a piece of paper. Five seconds with a pro-grade pair of nail clippers (lots of good ones, I picked the Wanmat Toe Kit via Amazon) and it was good to go. I have tried several other products, but this one simply does the job better. I sometime use a foot bath (again, lots of good ones, I picked the Homedic Foot Spa) to soften the skin, but the softener works well by itself.

Very expensive but doesn’t work even after using for a fortnight

The big toes seem to get ingrown nails to the sides over time to the point where they are impossible to find a safe cutting place. I used this three times over a week period and, sure enough, those nails softened at the edges allowing for a cleaning with a nail file end and then a nice clean cut. Be sure to rub plenty in to the problem areas for the best result. This product is so gentle that I doubted it would work. I was wrong.

Yup. One of the frustrating & embarrasing things about getting old is thick, ugly toenails. This product works a charm to soften my thick, tough big toenails so I can easily trim them and have reasonably attractive feet again. 👍

Didn’t work the best , much rather soak feet in warm water and clip off nails .. or maybe I just needed to add more cream not really sure ..
