Waste of money. Not user friendly nor functional
Too expensive for only to have worked the first time. The power button keeps blinking and I have tried to watch numerous videos online to see if my setup is correct and it is still blinking. What a waste of money. For being able to use it just once it’s ridiculous for Ninja to create a product that is not user friendly nor it’s functional. Unfortunately, I am out of my return window so I cannot ask for a replacement or refund.

Great product
Very easy to use. It is on the loud side but nothing horrible and only lasts for a few minutes. Was a used product and looks and runs like new. End result turns out tasting amazing just need to freeze for 24 hours to ensure it’s fully frozen.

This was a gift. It came NOT in original packaging and was obviously scratched up and the lid was cracked.
