Do the "insides" stay put or move to one end if its not level? i have one similar but all the beads moved around if not placed on muscles just right.

Best heating pad EVER

I have had back for the last 6 months following a fall. I have done back exercises, had physio treatment and taken pain killers but relief was short lived. However buying this heat pad has been the best thing. I have only had it a few days and my back feels so much better. I simply heat it up, put it behind my back and it feels great. I can get out of my chair again without pain. Best purchase I have every made. In fact I have purchased another one for the future.
